Do you guarantee your products?
Yes, for 30 days after shipment is delivered. Delivery date is determined from tracking.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It's a multi-step process that's as follows: After checkout and payment, it takes us 24-48 hours to process your order and fulfill packaging. From there, we hand your package off to the carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS) and they scan your package into the tracking system. At this point, your tracking number should be activated and you can track your package here. After your package leaves our facility, it takes roughly 4-7 business days until it's delivered to your shipping address!
Who pays for shipping on items for return?
We email return labels with no cost to our customers if the issue is a result of a packaging error. In special circumstances, we will pay for return shipping that are for exchanges. All other issues need to be addressed with our customer service to determine returns. Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I seen advertised on Facebook?
Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.
